David Baker is the Band Director for the Batey, Cosumnes River, Dillard, and Pleasant Grove Elementary Bands.  He is also the Choir Director Dillard's School Choir.  He has been teaching band and choir for Elk Grove Schools since 2000.  He studied music education at Phoenix College and Arizona State University and has directed both school and church choirs and bands.  He served as  the director of the Sacramento Youth Band, Junior Division from 2002 - 2004.
